Report of the UN panel discussion on "The Arctic - A Barometer for Global Climate Change" held on 4 June 2008 at the Trusteeship Council Chamber of UN Headquarters in New York. The panel was organised by the SCPAR, with practical assistance from the Permanent Mission of Norway to the UN.
